The user who creates the wedding is responsible for entering and processing their guests' data in accordance with applicable regulations and doing so with a sufficient legal basis.

ContigoSí acts as a technological tool to facilitate this management, without assuming the role of event organizer or the decision about what data is collected.

We will retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service, handle incidents, comply with legal obligations, and defend potential claims.

When they are no longer needed, they will be deleted or retained in blocked form for the legally required periods.
